We are now on Facebook. Search for Eyler's Valley Chapel and Like us.

If you are using a GPS for navigation enter the address as 7504 Hampton Valley Road, Emmittsburg, MD.

If the Snow Emergency Plan for Frederick County has been activated by Maryland State Police, services will be canceled.  The secondary roads leading to the Chapel are narrow and hilly.  Road crews concentrate on the primary roads before treating and clearing secondary roads.   In all cases, use common sense and good judgement before traveling to the Chapel in inclement weather.

In the event of cancellations due to inclement weather we will post an announcement here and on our Facebook page.

First Sunday Picnics

Eyler's Valley Chapel will host picnics out back in the pavillion on selected first Sundays at 5:30pm from May to October.  We do ask that you sign up at the chapel in the weeks before picnic or by contacting one of the indivduals on the "Contact Us" page so that we have an approximate number of attendees.  The cost of the meal is $7 per person.  Meat will be provided.  Please bring something to share such as a side dish, salad, dessert or iced tea/soda.
